  Sometimes the slightest things change the directions of our lives, the merest breath of a circumstance, a random moment that connects like a meteorite striking the earth. Lives have swiveled and changed direction on the strength of a chance remark

  How often, you wonder, has the direction of your life been shaped by such misunderstanding? How opportunities have you been denied-- or, for that matter, awarded --because someone failed to see you properly? How many friends have you lost, how many have you gained, all those make me thinking, because they glimpsed some element of you personality that shone through for only an instant,& in circumstances you could never reproduce? booo
